CANCELLATION & RETURNS:

First of all we confirm (over call) specifications of the products that were selected while placing the order on website for more clarity.
Production of the order is initiated only after obtain approval from the customer by sales manager over call.
Cancellations are not allowed once the order is placed. In case of any exception, please speak to our customer care team and they will oblige you in the best possible way.
No refund will be made in case of cancellations for Part Payment orders.The advance amount will be forfeited as cancellation charges.

MIRROR BREAKAGE POLICY:

Wall Theme Company assures his esteemed customer to deliver their mirrors 100% safe & secure at their door step. If any damage occurs during the transit, company will be responsible for the breakage and shall replace the mirror at earliest for free. Although there are some terms & conditions to read before claim your damaged mirror:

1. Customers must report mirror breakage within 24 hours of receiving the product or making the purchase.
2. Customer must provide a video from phone(for evidence) while unboxing the mirror to record if there is any breakage/damage in the packaging.

TIPS TO AVOID BREAKAGE OF MIRROR:

When installing mirrors, ensure they are properly secured using appropriate mounting hardware. Follow the manufacturer's guidelines for installation.

As we all know that a looking mirror is very fragile & cannot be repaired, Any sharp object can scratch the mirror, so you should also take care of that. Use corner protectors or edge guards during transportation and installation to prevent damage to these areas.

1. Before hanging a heavy mirror, ensure that the wall can support its weight. Use appropriate anchors and screws based on the type of wall and mirror.
2. Periodically inspect mirrors for any signs of damage or loosening of mounting hardware. Address issues promptly to prevent accidents. Always use a screw driver to unbox wooden box packaging.
3. While fitting a LED mirror or any mirror which is frameless, never put the mirror on floor, always keep something between mirror and tier which can avoid breakage.
4. Usually we chipped a mirror corner /edge while installing it or shifting from one place to another, Corners are particularly vulnerable to breakage.
